Welcome to Advance Personnel's new website. It has been a few months in the making and we hope you like it. A special thanks to Ardi Kachru, the Project Manager, for bringing it to realisation. I also extend our thanks and appreciation to Melon Media, our web creators, a wonderful small business.

Advance Personnel has been in existence for 24 years in the Canberra region and this year we expanded to offices in Queanbeyan and Belconnen.
Advance Personnel is a disability employment provider committed to ensuring that each individual with disability has the opportunity to participate fully in their community and is encouraged to realise their full potential through meaningful work. As our website evolves to reflect what we, at Advance Personnel, are doing, so too will our relationships with employers, clients and stakeholders change.
Through our website we hope to reach a greater audience and provide up to date information, stories, practical tools and connections that enable our clients and job seekers.
For example, we provide job seeker training programs in interview skills, writing selection criteria and adjusting to the workplace. Job seekers will be able to click on to our site and find a class that's suited to their needs.
We will be writing about our internship program with the ANU, starting in January 2014, with students from the School of Engineering designing disability readiness packages for employers.
